Hmm. The ‘Ian knot’ is going to take a bit of getting used to before it’s the fastest knot I can tie.
It’s much easier with some shoelaces than others. If you’ve got flimsy thin laces, it’s a bit harder
I don’t think it’s that – it’s just overcoming the muscle memory of a lifetime and making my fingers do what I tell them. I can do it, it’s just a bit clumsy.
